Eckhaus Fleet announces the opportunity to drive the new 2009 ZENN all-electric vehicle at the 2009 Car Rental Show.

As a “neighborhood electric vehicle” (NEV), the ZENN addresses government and corporate environmental mandates. It is an ideal rental for college campuses, military bases and corporate campuses. With an operating cost of about 2 cents a mile, the ZENN (Zero Emission, No Noise) plugs into a standard three-prong outlet. The U.S. Army has stated they plan to buy or lease 4,000 NEVs in the next three years.

Visit the Eckhaus Fleet booth on the show floor for ride and drive details.

Now in its 14th year, the 2009 Car Rental Show (CRS) is scheduled for March 30-31 at the Las Vegas Hilton. This year’s conference is themed “Building Your Future,” and the entire program focuses on cost-effective solutions to thrive in the down economy.
