GELCO and GE Fleet Services have filed a lawsuit against Denny Hecker, alleging that Hecker failed to pay $7.2 million in car leases that he personally promised, according to the Associated Press.

The lawsuit was filed May 13 against Hecker and four of his businesses in federal court.

Two weeks prior to the filing of this suit, Chrysler won a $477 million default judgment against Hecker. A week after that ruling, Ford won $3.15 million in a case against the auto dealer. In April Hecker was sued by Hyundai Motor Financial, which claimed that he failed to pay the company $104 million for 4,500 rental vehicles.
