Nashville, Tenn.-based Violation Management Services, Inc. (VMS) reached a milestone of $150 million of violations managed on behalf of its worldwide customer base. The announcement comes on the heels of the company's 20th anniversary of service for the auto and truck rental and leasing industries.

"We are proud of having processed over 2.5 million individual violations for a total of $150 million in fines and penalties, on behalf of operators world-wide," according to Dennis Round, president of VMS.

Founded in 1991, VMS provides unpaid parking and traffic violation processing services to the North American auto and truck rental, fleet leasing, and automotive dealership industries.

"VMS benefits rental customers by limiting their accruing liability and financial obligation to the issuing authorities associated with their unpaid violations," according to Neil Abrams, president of Abrams Consulting Group, Inc.
