In an editorial, Donna Miller, European director/human resources of Enterprise Rent-A-Car, wrote in Social Enterprise on Dec. 14 that the company has partnered with Arrival Education, which works with businesses, schools and other organizations to provide opportunities for young adults.

The program is called “Success for Life” and Enterprise has been with the program since July, in which they have seen various projects grow, in which a group of six Enterprise employees mentors a small group of 14- to 19-year-olds.

“We have always had an interest in programs that support education as we recruit a large number of graduates every year,” Miller said. “We understand that if we want to attract great graduates with the right skills for the workplace we need to be a part of developing that talent.”
