Budget Rent A Car announced its 2012 fleet includes the redesigned Hyundai Accent and Ford Focus, along with specialty vehicles such as the Fiat 500 and Jeep Wrangler. The company said the new vehicles can meet customer needs at airport and off-airport locations.

Half the vehicles in the 2012 lineup are rated at 28 mpg or better on the highway, including the redesigned Hyundai Accent at 40 mpg, the Ford Focus sedan and hatchback at 38 mpg, and the Ford Fiesta sedan and hatchback at 39 mpg.

The 2012 Fiat 500 is all-new to Budget's fleet and is available for rent at select Budget locations.

The Lincoln MKZ is new to Budget's premium car class and seats five people while featuring a 263-hp, 3.5-liter V-6 engine. It includes a Lincoln premium sound system and Lincoln SYNC, which allows renters to connect their Bluetooth-enabled phone, or plug in their compatible MP3 player or USB drive.

Budget's 2012 rental fleet also includes specialty vehicles such as the Ford Mustang Convertible, the Ford F-150 SuperCrew pickup truck, the Ford Econoline E-350 12-passenger van and the Jeep Wrangler. Vehicle availability varies by location.
