Since debuting in December 2011, the Autolib plug-in electric car-sharing program in Paris has seen ebbs and flows, but is now reported to have celebrated its 100,000th utilization on April 18, according to Autonews.fr.

Bolloré has been adding about 50 cars a week and now has about 1,000 cars being publicly rented on Parisian streets, according to Plugincars.com. The program started with 250 vehicles and expects 2,000 by the end of summer.

In January, about 50 vehicles were reported to be taken out of fleet because of vandalism and breakdowns. No major issues have since been reported.
