According to Quad City Business Journal, the Quad-City International Airport in Illinois proposed a temporary increase of its rental car customer fee on Sept. 25 to help fund the $7 million rental car maintenance facility the airport plans to build.

The airport would increase its customer facility charge (CFC) from $3 a day to $3.30. The airport authority will vote on the issue at its next meeting on Oct. 25.
