General Motors has revealed a new electric delivery vehicle that will feature an estimated 250 miles of range following the announcement of its BrightDrop business unit, which is designed to offer a new ecosystem of electric first-to-last-mile products, software, and services for delivery and logistics companies.

The 2014-MY GMC Savana includes cargo, passenger, and cutaway body styles, and at least two wheelbase lengths to choose from, starting at 135-in. The three model choices from the light-duty 1500 to the heavier 2500 and 3500 — with an additional 4500 for a cutaway dual-rear wheel option — give fleets multiple payloads and cargo capacities to choose from.
