Mazda is recalling approximately 262,220 2018-2019 CX-5 compact SUVs and Mazda6 midsize sedans, as well as 2019 Mazda3 compact sedans because a software error in the powertrain control module may cause the engine to stall.
Mazda3, Mazda6 Cars Recalled for Parking Brake
The recall, set to begin Aug. 21, covers nearly 228,000 vehicles in the 2014-2016 model years.
