Hertz Global Holdings Inc. has appointed Tyler Best as the new executive vice president and chief information officer, effective Jan. 26. With prior experience in senior IT roles at YP, Vanguard Car Rental and Ally Financial, Best will oversee Hertz’s global IT functions.
