Join Expedia and Sofiac Travel to explore more about creating efficiencies in key areas of the rental car process. In this session, attendees will learn new technologies and customer-centric approaches to damage detection, identity and insurance verification, counter upsells, disclosure of rental policies and terms and conditions, as well as effective satisfaction rating processes.
