Hertz Expands Energy Services & Service Pump Division

The Hertz Corporation has added four new U.S. locations to the Pump & Power specialty division. The new locations will service the Memphis, Detroit, Syracuse, and San Diego markets.

The Hertz Corporation and its equipment rental entity, Hertz Equipment Rental Corp, has added four new U.S. locations to the Pump & Power specialty division. The new locations will service the Memphis, Detroit, Syracuse, and San Diego markets.

"Hertz Pump & Power is an integral component to our overall growth strategy. Our diverse line of equipment includes a wide variety of pump and power equipment and enables us to tap deeper into these high potential markets," commented HERC President Lois Boyd. "Whether needed for a general construction project or for disaster relief, Hertz is able to serve the needs of large and small companies alike. Coupled with our dedicated staff, specializing in the pump and power fields, Hertz has the capability and resources to provide a solution as well as project management for our customers."

Hertz Pump & Power has dedicated locations covering North America as well as operations in Europe and Asia. Hertz Pump & Power has product offerings that consist of customized pumps, compressors, generators, cable and distribution as well as HVAC products and services. Hertz Pump & Power branches carry submersible, trash, well point, sludge master, and diaphragm pumps ranging from 2" to 30", along with accessories; temporary power equipment, ranging from 20kw towable generators to 2 megawatt containerized generators; and HVAC equipment including indirect fired and electric heat available from 100k to 2mill BTU and temporary air conditioning from 1 ton spot coolers up to 500 ton chillers. Hertz Pump & Power branches have staff available 24/7 for emergency response.

Hertz Corp has a very diverse and unique portfolio of products and services, including: Pump & Power, Plant services, National accounts, Entertainment services, and equipment rental along with Hertz's car sharing and car rental divisions. Coupled with Hertz's global reach, Hertz Equipment Rental provides a one-stop shop to handle small to large scale projects globally.
