Dollar Thrifty Board Appoints Scott Thompson as Chairman

Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group Inc. announced Dec. 12 that Scott L. Thompson, president and CEO, will assume the role of chairman of the board of directors effective immediately. 

Thompson will assume that role from Richard W. Neu, who will remain on the board of directors in the position of lead independent director.
