Zipcar’s CEO Gives Insights on Company and Car Sharing

In the article, “A conversation with Zipcar’s CEO Scott Griffith,” Gigaom.com interviewed the car-sharing company’s leader looking at several topics from the future of car sharing to the strategies and challenges Zipcar faces as a company. 

Griffith discussed his public fleet partnerships with city governments and what factors Zipcar looks at before entering a new city. He said the company looks at three factors: population density, public transit infrastructure, and parking availability and pricing.
