The Denver-based Frontier Airlines has become the latest major airline to adapt the CarTrawler auto rental platform across all its online touch-points, enabled by the Datalex Travel Distribution Platform (TDP).

CarTrawler offers Frontier customers a rich mix of all the top U.S. rental car brands across all airports served by Frontier across all online touch-points, as well as in the airline's customer contact center. Based on Datalex's successful deployment of Frontiers' AirFairs product, Datalex's distribution platform has enabled the dynamic packaging of car rental options within the booking flow.

"This provides additional value and another level of convenience for our customers," said Frontier Marketing Director Kathie Dudas. "They can now receive competitive rental car rates while booking their Frontier tickets. We think they will appreciate the one-stop-shopping aspect of this."

CarTrawler's Head of Sales Robin White remarked, "Frontier Airlines is our second major U.S. airline signing this year, and joins the fast growing list of retail minded airlines worldwide that have endorsed our solution as the leading auto rental offering for airlines. You can't provide the best auto rental solution in the world if you're not focused exclusively on providing auto rental."

Datalex CEO Cormac Whelan commented: "Datalex identifies with Frontier Airlines' pioneering advances to bring better value and more choice to customers. TDP enables Frontier to control and manage the content presented to the customer. We are proud to be Frontier Airlines' technology provider of choice."
