ATLANTA -- A subsidiary of Jacobs Engineering Group has won the contract for the consolidated rental car facility planned for Hartsfield Atlanta International Airport.

Officials didn't disclose the value of the contract. Dubbed "conrac," the $456 million facility is scheduled to open in late 2006, with full completion due in 2007.

The project calls for two four-level garage structures with 8,500 spaces, a 60,000-square-foot customer service facility, tenant build-out areas, on-site roadways and vehicle storage areas. Plans also feature fueling and wash facilities, including 140 gas pumps and 30 wash bays.
