Budget Columbus' Miles Wins ARN Executive Award

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Kevin Miles, general manager of the Budget franchisee operation in Columbus, Ohio, won Auto Rental News' 2003 Executive Leadership Award.

Miles accepted the award at the annual Car Rental Show, held last week at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando. Miles was recognized for spearheading a campaign to defeat a rental-tax ballot measure in Columbus last November. The campaign to defeat the tax drew support from all the major rental car operators in the Columbus area.
