NEW YORK -- Cendant Corp. today announced that its annual meeting of stockholders will be held on April 20 at 3:00 p.m. at the Grand Hyatt New York
Cendant owns Avis and Budget.
The company's annual meeting will be simultaneously webcast (audio only) on www.cendant.com.
The annual meeting's agenda will be included in a proxy statement to be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission in February.
