A lawsuit by a Hollywood rental car company claims that rapper Nicki Minaj caused nearly $12,000 in damages to a rented Lamborghini, according to TMZ.

The plaintiff, Hollywood Exotic Car Rental, claims Minaj agreed to rent a 2008 Lamborghini Murcielago - at the rate of $1,750 a day - to shoot her "Massive Attack" music video.

The car rental company claims the luxury vehicle was damaged in its "off-road" excursions and is suing for $11,589. The company also said Minaj kept the car for an additional three days and owes $5,250 in rental charges.

Another Website, AutoGuide.com, said TMZ incorrectly indentified the vehicle Minaj rented and it is actually a white 2006 (non-LP640) model with a pink vinyl wrap.
