Through the franchise in both the Austin and Killeen-Fort Hood airport locations, Dollar and Thrifty continue to be on the forefront of the U.S. car rental industry in offering the convenient rental of fully-equipped handicap-accessible minivans.
The Austin Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) and Killeen-Fort Hood Regional Airport (GRK) Dollar and Thrifty locations now have 2011 model year Chrysler Town & Country handicap-accessible minivans available. Each van is equipped with wheelchair ramps, drop down service for ground-level access, hand controls, removable seats for accessible driving with a wheel chair and all other options that will meet the requirements of drivers with a physical handicap.
