IMpres Rent A Car, a locally owned company New York that already serves customers in Brooklyn and Spring Valley, N.Y., opened for business in Middletown, N.Y. on Jan. 23. The new IMpres is located at 28-32 State Route 78.

"We are eager for Orange County to see why we stand out from the chain brand rental car companies," said Jacob Slomiuc, owner of IMpres. "Our commitment to personal, one-on-one customer care combines with our low rates and our diverse fleet of new, high-quality vehicles to deliver unmatched value in the car rental market."
