FSNA Announces Resignation of Sandy Miller from Board of Directors

Franchise Services of North America Inc. (FSNA) announced on Dec. 10 that Sanford Miller has resigned from his position as a member on the board of directors of the company.

Last week, the company had announced that Miller would not continue to serve in an executive capacity with the company, but that he would serve as a director. Before that announcement, Miller was a co-chairman and co-CEO of FSNA.

No further information about Miller's resignation is available at this time.
