FSNA Reports Net Loss of $700K for 2014

Franchise Services of North America Inc. (FSNA) has announced its financial results for the fiscal year ended Sept. 30, 2014.

Revenue and net loss from continuing operations were $10,886,731 and $700,967, respectively, as compared to revenue of $10,822,565 and profit of $189,892 from continuing operations for the year ended Sept. 30, 2013, according to the company.

Profit after discontinued operations for the year was $4,751,789 as compared to net loss of $39,036,516 after discontinued operations for 2013. Discontinued operations consisted of the operations of Simply Wheelz LLC — formerly doing business as Advantage Rent A Car.
