My name is Kingsley Robson. A very frustrated and dissatisfied customer of Europcar.

Rented car from Europcar Airport Branch from 11 Jul till 25 Jul 2017. I had required on 15 Jul where i called Europcar for assistance because of wrong fuel filled. They got in touch with WrongFuelRescue company which came to do the job and i paid immediately after the service of A$474.65. When i returned to Malaysia, Europcar sent me invoice they had already charged my credit card and they also charged me for the roadside assistance which i had paid directly. My emails to Europcar since 2 Aug till 1 Sep 2017 to their customer service but from each reply, the matter of double charge was ignored or never replied till today. And there is no other higher authority for me to get in touch with or anyone from Europcar is responding to me or assisting or getting in touch eith me to resolve it. I thought it was a reputable ximoany. Apparently its not at all reliable, trust worthy or honest at all.
