NextCar opens a new franchise location in Miami Beach, Florida, marking the fourth in the Sunshine State for operator Richard Piotrowski.
The new NextCar franchise came soon after Piotrowski converted his recently renovated Miami location from an affiliate to a franchise of NextCar. In addition to Miami and Miami Beach, Piotrowski also owns NextCar franchises in Fort Lauderdale and Orlando.
Michael Delorenzo, president of NP Franchise Group, praised Piotrowski as “a leader in our franchise system, in terms of fleet size, financial growth and customer service.”
Piotrowski’s franchises have grown since joining the NextCar franchise system in 2019, according to Delorenzo.
“Not only do they have some of the highest customer service scores, but they are by far the largest user of our online training university with more than 30 registered users completing hundreds of courses,” Delorenzo said.
Piotrowski noted a commitment to doing business “the right way” has guided his success.
“I have learned that there are no shortcuts in this business,” he said. “You have to start with the right fleet, hire the right people, and keep everyone motivated and working consistently toward a shared goal. Follow-up, training, and constant reevaluation are the way to succeed long term. Our goal is to be built to last, not a flash in the pan.”
