In an effort to increase customer loyalty, maximizes service revenue, and improves dealership traffic, NIADA Certified Pre-Owned has introduced a daily rental vehicle program.

The program was created in conjunction with PDP Group, a broker and administrator for OEM service rental vehicle programs, to help NIADA Certified dealers create another profit center within the dealership.

Customers drop off their vehicle for repair and receive a service rental vehicle for use while their vehicle is in for service. The convenience of the service rental vehicle helps take the pressure off of the service department in case of delays and provides the dealership with a competitive edge.

The NIADA CPO Daily Rental Vehicle program contributes to maximizing service revenue by capitalizing on the NIADA CPO rental reimbursement benefit of up to $40 a day/$280 per repair, allowing NIADA Certified dealerships to seize rental income that would otherwise be captured by a competitor.
