Romanian car rental company Autonom plans to issue a 20-million euro bond on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, according to a report by Romania Insider.

The money raised from investors would help support Autonom’s development plans, including expanding the vehicle fleet that’s currently about 10,000 units, says the report.

BRD, the Romanian branch of French-based Societe Generale, and BT Capital Partners, a member of Banca Transilvania, will manage the issue. The bonds will pay an annual interest rate of 6% to 7%, according to sources.

Founded in 2006, Autonom has over 40 locations in 35 cities throughout Romania, Hungary, and Serbia.
