National Upgrades Frequent-Renter Program

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. -- National Car Rental's frequent-renter program, the Emerald Club, now gives customers the option of selecting any class of car when they decide to bypass the counter and head to the "Emerald Aisle."

Bypassing the counter, customers can go directly to the row of the car class they've reserved, where they can choose any car and proceed to the exit booth.

Emerald Reserve Service lets members reserve any car class except an intermediate. Emerald Club members with intermediate car reservations will continue to receive Emerald Aisle Service.

Members of the Emerald Reserve Service can reserve a car through travel agents, nationalcar.com and the Emerald Club reservation number.
