Shift/station manager - Two years experience as a supervisor/manager in a large discount, fast food, or sales organization. Prior car rental experience a plus, but not required. Excellent communication skills with ability to multi-task. Work nights and weekends. College degree preferred.
Location manager - Three years as a location manager of a discount, fast food, or sales store. Prior car rental or travel industry experience is a plus. Excellent recruitment, communication, training and delegation skills required. Ability to multi-task and prioritize those tasks to complete daily work flow in a business environment. Customer service educational classes on resolving issues and disputes a big plus. Good organizational and planning skills to meet the needs of a fast-paced business. College degree preferred but can substitute year for year experience for education.
