The Alamo Rent A Car and National Car Rental brands have re-launched their joint Cash-In Club loyalty rewards program with an updated Website as well as flexible rewards and a special promotion with American Express-branded reward cards.
Since 1995, Alamo and National have partnered with U.S. travel agents who book car rentals as Cash-In Club members. "We are launching new tools and even better incentives to recognize their years of steadfast loyalty and support," said Ron Cerko, vice president of travel industry relations for Alamo and National.
The Cash-In Club promotion is being offered to all U.S.-resident travel agents who book a qualified reservation through October 2010. Program members will be automatically entered to win every time they reserve a car with Alamo or National.
The grand prize winner will receive 15,000 points, while second place gets 10,000 points and third place wins 5,000 points. All winners will be announced in November 2010.
Kristy Osborn, owner and manager of Travel Leaders in Loveland, Colo., has been a Cash-In Club member for approximately 12 years. "Having been a travel agent for 23 years, I've come across many agent incentive programs, and I have to say that the Cash-In Club is one of the best. As we make the car reservation, the credit for that car booking really does go right into our account. The points accrue quickly, and it's a program that really makes it worth my while!"
Cash-In Club originally was created to offer U.S. travel agents the opportunity to receive competitive rates and quality rental vehicles for their clients and to reward them for their long-term business. Today, the enhanced program enables agents to also incorporate award points into American Express-branded reward cards.
"We want our valued members to reward themselves by redeeming their points in a way that is more personal and meaningful to them," Cerko stressed. "We also hope to attract new members to our loyalty rewards program family on behalf of both Alamo and National."
