Enterprise Rent-A-Car launched a new television brand campaign in the UK last month in order to extend awareness of the company and its customer service culture.

The ad features two employee’s approach to customer expectations to demonstrate the importance of localizing service values to ensure customer satisfaction in the UK.

A second TV commercial is planned to air later in the year.

“Our customers often tell us our people and the service is the reason for renting from us and recommending us to their family and friends,” said Lee Broughton, Enterprise’s director responsible for brand. “We wanted to celebrate this through the ad, to help differentiate our business and demonstrate that customer service and great value are not mutually exclusive.”

Enterprise UK has a network of 370 local branches across the UK and Ireland.
