For the Christmas period spanning Dec. 23 until Dec. 27, New York City had the highest daily rental car rates at $178, according to a survey from CheapCarRental.net. West Palm Beach followed in second with a daily rate of $133 for the cheapest available car.
After looking at 50 popular U.S. destinations from June 2013 to May 2014, New York City displayed the highest rental rates for the cheapest available rental car, according to Cheap Car Rental’s survey.
