J.D. Power & Associates will release the results of the 2013 North America Rental Car Satisfaction Study live at the 2013 Auto Rental Summit, to be held Nov. 4-5 in Hollywood, Fla.
The North America Rental Car Satisfaction Study, now in its 18th year, measures overall customer satisfaction with renting cars at airport locations. The 2012 study was based on responses gathered from more than 12,100 evaluations from business and leisure airport customers.
“The Rental Car Satisfaction Study is an essential industry benchmark, and the live announcement fits in perfectly with the mission of Auto Rental Summit to improve customer service,” said Chris Brown, executive editor of Auto Rental News.
"We are delighted to present the results of our North America Rental Car Satisfaction Study live at Auto Rental Summit," said Stuart Greif, vice president of travel practice at J.D. Power & Associates. "It is only fitting to present these results at an event devoted to achieving excellence in customer service, to the car rental operators whose thousands of customers formed the basis of the survey."
Auto Rental Summit is a groundbreaking training and education conference designed to improve customer service and enhance revenue of car rental operations. Auto rental managers, executives and employees from corporate, franchised and independent companies from North America and overseas are invited to attend.
Now in its second year, Auto Rental Summit announces a new venue, the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Fla., less than seven miles from the Ft. Lauderdale International Airport.
The speakers, seminar topics, roundtables and networking events for the 2013 Auto Rental Summit will be finalized and announced in the coming weeks.
