In 2015, Enterprise Holdings was recognized for its training and development by three organizations:
• Chief Learning Officer magazine recognized Enterprise as a bronze LearningElite organization, which recognizes workforce development strategies.
• Training magazine ranked Enterprise on its Training Top 125, which lists successful learning and development programs in the world.
• Workforce magazine included Enterprise on its Workforce 100 list, which recognizes comprehensive human resource performance.

Nearly 15,000 Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental and Alamo Rent A Car employees were promoted or took on new opportunities in 2015, according to the company. This represents a 10% annual increase in companywide promotions at Enterprise Holdings Inc.
Enterprise Rent-A-Car’s Management Trainee program develops new hires into the next generation of business leaders. According to Enterprise, it’s one of the reasons it was recognized for its training and development opportunities.
