Record360, a digital asset condition documentation and management software, announced an integration with TSDRental the cloud-based solution used to track and manage rental vehicles. With Record360, fleet owners using TSD can upgrade their walk-around process within their rental departments.

Customers benefit from a streamlined digital approach, which utilizes time-stamps in real-time to determine the condition of the vehicle at hand-off and upon return. This greatly reduces unnecessary customer damage disputes/claims, leading to better overall perceived customer service.

“Rental car companies work tirelessly to generate brand loyalty by providing excellent customer service and clean well maintained cars," Damon Haber, Record360 CRO, said in a statement. "Unfortunately the traditional paper walkaround process often undermines the customer experience and leads to unnecessary financial losses and lost customers. Record360 seamlessly optimizes the process of vehicle condition documentation with better clarity for both the customer and the rental company.”

TSD’s cloud fleet management solutions enable businesses to more efficiently manage rental and loaner car fleets. TSDRental helps fleet managers improve CSI, reduce liability, and control costs through seamless, efficient, and personalized customer service and paperwork processing. Moving forward, the two companies expect Record360 to also be integrated into TSD’s newest dealership solution.

Users simply walk around the vehicle, using taps on a smart mobile device to capture video, images, highlights, and necessary annotations from all angles. Record360 then creates a time-stamped, geo-tagged record stored in the cloud, including proof-of-condition in hand, virtually making disputes at the point-of-return a thing of the past.
