Record360 announced the dynamic workflow feature of its mobile platform is now patented, strengthening the product’s intellectual property.

Record360’s mobile digital forms and asset condition management software allow companies to save time and cost, reduce damage disputes, and improve customer relationships through increased transparency. The United States Patent and Trademark Office recently issued Patent 14/937,763 for the feature called “Dynamically Configurable Workflow in a Mobile Environment.”

Founded in 2013 and based in Seattle, Record360 offers a mobile platform that provides customers with the ability to use customized workflows for different business segments, asset types, or transaction types.  Examples include service workflows, rental workflows, and wholesale workflows, which can all be dynamically configured within the same mobile application. This functionality provides for limitless workflow options and opportunities to significantly streamline business operations.

According to Record360 CEO Jesse Buckingham, these dynamic workflows are in already use by customers in the heavy equipment, vehicle dealer & rental, and trucking industries including Bobcat, Komatsu, Nationalease, Idealease, and Lazydays RV.
