The awards luncheon featured a "rock and roll" theme.

Angela Margolit of Bluebird Auto Rental Systems presented a retirement gift to her brother, Gordon Rozek.

Sponsored by American Express, the winners of the Professional of the Year Award received trophies.

From a Thrify Car Rental franchise in Syracuse, N.Y., Kathy Nieves was selected as the winner of the Professional of the Year in the franchise category.

Gina Bruzzichesi of Avis Budget Group was named the winner for the corporate group, but she was unable to attend the awards luncheon.
