An elcometer (also referred to as a paint meter) is a gauge used to measure paint coating thickness. A panel that has been repaired with bondo will show a greater thickness than factory paint. Though not visible to the naked eye, this panel has been repaired.

Tires must have a minimum tread depth of 5/32” across all treads.
