In Memoriam: Rick Mullinax, Executive Vice President of MCar

Rick Mullinax, executive vice president of MCar, died on Nov. 12 in Los Angeles. Under his leadership, MCar has grown from four rental locations to 10 locations throughout Los Angeles and San Diego.
