Latin American Meeting Returns to International Car Rental Show
“La Reunión Latinoamericana,” dedicated specifically for operators serving Central America, South America, and the Caribbean, returns to ICRS.

“La Reunión Latinoamericana,” or Latin American Meeting, is returning to the 2022 International Car Rental Show, taking place at Paris Las Vegas, April 24-26.
Designed for car rental operators serving Central America, South America, and the Caribbean, the seminars will answer questions about the specific challenges faced by Latin American operators of the car rental industry. The seminars will be presented in Spanish.
This year, the three seminars that comprise the meeting will be held during the concurrent sessions on Monday April 25 from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
The first seminar, “How to Wow the New LATAM and Caribbean Customer,” will be presented by Israel Alvarez of Frontline Performance Group and Carlos Vuillaume of OneMobility.
The session will discuss how car rental in these regions have adapted to domestic business and how they can prepare for international business when it returns. Attendees will understand new customer expectations, the latest technologies and processes to deliver a great customer experience, and how to educate your frontline team and managers to deliver that experience.
