National Car Rental Earns Top Spot in Temkin Ratings

National Car Rental beat out 11 other rental companies, including Enterprise Rent-A-Car, ACE Rent A Car, and Advantage Rent-A-Car.

National Car Rental earned the top spot for best customer experience in the rental and transport industry from 2018 Temkin Experience Ratings.

National Car Rental beat out 11 other rental companies, including Enterprise Rent-A-Car, ACE Rent A Car, and Advantage Rent-A-Car.

Overall, out of 318 companies Temkin evaluated, National Car Rental ended up in 109th place. The 2018 Temkin Experience Ratings surveyed 10,000 U.S. consumers in determining customer satisfaction.
