London-based peer-to-peer carsharing group Hiyacar has expanded operations to the seaside city of Brighton, TNC reports.

Brighton, which has been dubbed "the Greenest city in Europe," is home to numerous sharing operations, including house, bike, and a car club. It is also the only city with a Green Party member of parliament.

The city has nearly 50,000 more licensed drivers than vehicles registered. The company told the news outlet that it expects most vehicles to be rented out for weekend trips.
