Penske did not say wether there is plans to reopen operations after the COVID-19 pandemic.

Penske's carsharing service Dash has ceased operations in Arlington and Washington, D.C.

"We are living through an unprecedented time in history," Penske said in a letter to customers. "The ripple effects of the current situation extend far and wide and have affected many businesses’ ability to serve and support their customers. Unfortunately, Penske Dash is no exception."

Penske did not say wether there is plans to reopen operations after the COVID-19 pandemic.
