Green Motion Malta Celebrates First Anniversary
U.K.-based car rental company Green Motion celebrates its first anniversary of operating a franchise at Malta International Airport.
U.K.-based car rental company Green Motion celebrates its first anniversary of operating a franchise at Malta International Airport, which serves customers in Malta and the island of Gozo.
“While Malta is a small island, it is an incredibly important touristic territory for Green Motion,” said Richard Lowden, founder and chairman of Green Motion International. “It’s amazing to think that only 12 months ago, we opened our operations there and have been overwhelmed by the demand for our environmentally-friendly vehicle services.”
To help satisfy the customer demand, Lowden says Green Motion has moved its services to the terminal at the international airport, increased opening hours and added more vehicles to its fleet.
According to the company, it is already the fifth largest rental company on the island and offers customers the newest green vehicles from Peugeot, Volkswagen, Skoda, Citroen and Kia.
