This year's International Car Rental Show featured an opening keynote panel session looking at the future of car rental and mobility, a general session focused on how ACRA can communicate on a state and federal level, a closing session that shared tips from the hospitality industry that can be implemented in car rental, as well as seminars covering a variety of topics, including how to win chargebacks and how to manage risk with new mobility models.

March airport quotes continued to drop for the fourth consecutive month, with the quote down $6.42 from last March. All regions but the Midwest were down, with the Northwest down $13.24 — the biggest decrease in the five regions.
