VW has announced details of its plan to purchase Europcar Mobility Group to enhance its service offerings and capitalize on the shift to EVs in the car rental industry.
The contactless Key n’Go system, available through Goldcar, Europcar’s value brand, sends customers to a machine to grab their keys in less than a minute. Customers then can directly access their cars.
