Avis Car Rental and Budget Car Rental have started adding new vehicles to their rental fleets and have announced their new model-year 2015 vehicles.
"We have made good progress in our model-year 2015 fleet purchasing negotiations," said Tom Gartland, president, North America, Avis Budget Group. "We are excited about our new vehicle lineup, including some of the outstanding cars our customers can expect to see when they rent from Avis in the coming months."
For SUVs, the Avis 2015 lineup features the redesigned Cadillac Escalade, the Chevrolet Tahoe and GMC Suburban. For luxury vehicles, Avis will offer the 2015 BMW 3 Series sedan, BMW 5 Series sedan and the 2015 Cadillac CTS sedan. For sports/muscle cars, the Avis lineup will include the 2015 Corvette Stingray, the 2015 Chevrolet Camaro 2SS and the 2015 Dodge Challenger R/T.
Other 2015 vehicles include the Mazda CX-5 crossover and the Mazda6 sedan, says Avis.
Budget’s 2015 model-year vehicles include SUVs (Ford Expedition XLT, Lincoln Navigator), pickup trucks (Ford F-150 SuperCrew XLT), sports cars (Ford Mustang) and vans (Ford Transit Wagon XLT, Chrysler Town & Country, Toyota Sienna, Kia Sedona).
"Budget customers appreciate great value and want the most for their money, and that all starts with the vehicles we offer," said Gartland. "Whether you want fuel efficiency, room for people or extra cargo space, Budget offers a new model-year 2015 vehicle at a great price, available at all major airports and convenient neighborhood locations across the United States."
