Pam Nicholson, Enterprise Holdings president and CEO, has been named one of the 100 Leading Women in the North American Auto Industry by Automotive News. Nicholson and her peers were recognized during a gala evening reception on Monday Nov. 9.
The executives named to the list represent influential professionals within the automotive industry.

“Since joining Enterprise as a management trainee 34 years ago, Pam has achieved growth and success in every facet of the operations she has led,” said Andy Taylor, executive chairman, Enterprise Holdings. “She is an accomplished leader, a passionate employee advocate and an outstanding role model. I can think of no other individual more deserving of this recognition by the automotive industry.”
Recently, Nicholson moved into the Top 20 on Fortune magazine’s ranking of the Most Powerful Women in Business — her ninth consecutive appearance on the list.
In 2015, Nicholson led Enterprise Holdings’ expansion both domestically and internationally, achieving double-digit growth across multiple business lines and boosting the company’s revenue more than 8% to $19.4 billion, according to the company.
