Europcar Utilizes InfiniteInsight from KXEN to Optimize Operations
The rental car company plans to use predictive analytics from KXEN to improve communications with customers and optimize business operations.
Europcar purchased the flagship product InfiniteInsight from KXEN, provider of predictive analytics for business users, to provide more targeted offers to customers and optimize insurance risk, fraud and operations.
KXEN announced the partnership on April 16.
Europcar plans to use the system to determine customers' likelihood to rent a luxury vehicle. The company will use the resulting list to prioritize targets.
InfiniteInsight will also help accurately forecast demand for vehicles by rental stations and vehicle type.
“Our global view of the customer is a strategic advantage for Europcar,” said Europcar Group CIO Marie-Helene Fagard. “We expect to gain insight about our customers using KXEN. We believe KXEN can allow us to create better targeted communications with our customers and optimize many aspects of our business.”
