Europcar’s Loyalty Program Gets Upgrade
Europcar Australia and New Zealand has unveiled the new features of its Privilege loyalty program, including access to fast-track ReadyService and free weekend rewards.
Europcar Australia and New Zealand has updated its Privilege loyalty program, which recognizes both leisure customers and frequent business travelers.
While the principles of Privilege remain the same, the updated program gives access to free weekend rewards, exclusive coupon vouchers and additional benefits including car category upgrades and access to Europcar’s fast-track ReadyService, says the company.
Privilege had been one of the company’s most valuable offerings since it was launched two years ago and the updated program would continue to set the benchmark for customer travel loyalty schemes for years to come.
“The idea behind Privilege is very simple, the more a customer rents, the more they get,” says Mike Warmington, sales and marketing director for Europcar Australia and New Zealand. “With Privilege, we want to recognize our customers for their loyalty and the trust they place in us throughout our network in Australia and New Zealand — and also worldwide.”
Under the new program, Europcar has introduced a new top tier level to reward the most loyal customers: the black card Privilege Elite VIP tier, which gives access to Priority Pass airport lounges. In addition, Europcar has doubled the amount of time members can accrue benefits from one year to two years.
Privilege is a free loyalty program open to all customers and provides members with tiered levels of benefits (Privilege Club, Privilege Executive and Privilege Elite).
